Conferences

We have a lot of room for big ideas: 20.000 square meters grass land, 300 parking spaces next to the house, an off-road area for vehicle training, as well as target orientated outdoor-possibilities directly by the hotel, and eight versatile conference rooms for up to 450 persons.
With the aid of an hydraulic lift, presentation objects, even cars, can be lifted upwards in combination with audio-visual effects from below the room.
Part of the professional equipment is the recording possibility on compact disc. Nature was the model for the design of the conference- and teaching rooms and the presentation area. Good fresh air, lots of daylight and interesting colours create an atmosphere of strength and inspiration.
The Forellenhof is centrally situated between Hamburg, Hannover and Bremen. For the revival of your spirits we can organise for you trips into the countryside, picnics, glider flights, covered wagon tours, canoeing and much more.

Our rooms and junior suits have a cosy ambience and in several restaurant rooms, in the bar, our beer lobby or on the sun terrace you can eat healthy and tasty regional and international dishes.
In the pub “Schnuckenstube” you can enjoy special beers from our own brewery.
