Smartmotel

Our motel, which has opened mid February 2004, offers you a low price accomodation in a friendly, quiet atmosphere. Due to our advantageous location, we are accessible from the A7 within two minutes. Kempten's downtown is easily accessible as well. As the smart Motel is a motel, there is enough parking space available.

Our motelomat offers 24 h check-in.

Rooms

We have got 16 single rooms, 24 double rooms and 3 apartments, which are additionally equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom. All rooms are provided with a shower and toilet and are featuring TV with integrated alarm clock and a free internet socket. For protection against noise, special windows are installed. Outside the rooms you can buy cold and warm drinks as well as cigarettes at automats. In the summer you can relax on our terrace.

Conferences

Our small conference room offers place up to 30 persons. The second and larger conferenceroom comprises up to 65 persons, depending on the seating, and its recent opening has got the advantage of offering first class conception and equipement.

Supported by the latest conference equipement, which comprehends flipcharts, overhead projector, DVD- and videorecorder, video projector, a screen of 2x2 meters and a lectern, a successful meeting can be guaranteed.

Blinds can be used to work with artificial lightening only. Optionally refreshments, drinks and meals can be served to complete the coference arrangement.
