We warmly welcome you to Weingärtner's gourmet parlors - five charming parlors with a cozy country house flair. Our inviting tavern welcomes you directly at the hotel entrance: The perfect place for afternoon coffee and a piece of cake from the in-house pastry chef. Next door you will find our new heart, the herb room: Here you will encounter a large portion of nature, in the form of fresh kitchen herbs and lots of wood - rustic and modern at the same time. Tradition and cosiness are at home in the fireplace room, which is so popular with our regular guests. Our Elsässer Stube is perfect for closed groups, because here you can celebrate and enjoy yourself. And if you still want something freshly tapped after work: Take a seat in our rustic pub.

Archery
3D archery is the ideal team and health sport - and is therefore very trendy. It not only makes you strong against stress and promotes your ability to concentrate, but also trains the back muscles in a playful way. As the 1st archery hotel in Saarland, we have our own 3D training area with an Olympic archery field, which you as our guest can use free of charge. Feel free to ask us about our rental equipment. On request, we can also arrange courses for beginners and advanced learners (in individual and group training) with certified trainers from the Saar archery school.

leisure
The Sankt Wendeler Land in the Saar-Hunsrück Nature Park is the most important tourist region in Saarland. Anyone who takes a look around here will not be surprised: varied landscapes, wonderful hiking trails, an excellent network of cycle paths and, last but not least, the 120-hectare Bostalsee attract hundreds of thousands of visitors from near and far every year. Fortunately, you will hardly notice any of this in our quiet hotel.

The region is particularly attractive for hikers and cyclists: a dozen excellent premium hiking trails, including the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig, classified as the best long-distance hiking trail in Germany, as well as numerous well-signposted routes for mountain bikes, e-bikes and racing bikes criss-cross the nature park . A favorite of Director Gerold Weingärtner is the officers' path between Selbach and Theley, which offers wonderful views and two beer gardens as a stop.

Fossil energy sources are not the only things that are not infinitely available – we also have to be careful with our use of water, another precious resource. That is why we have reduced our water consumption to the minimum, and deep clean rooms thoroughly after departure and regular intervals for longer stays. Whenever possible, we refrain from using water, energy and cleaning products for our daily room checks.
