The ARCADEON- house of science and further education is one of the most modern conference and seminar centres in Germany. The Arcadeon`s construction inspired by the medieval cloisters, is located on the outskirts of the city of Hagen. It combines impressive architecture with the highest modern communication technology and offers you a perfect learning and working atmosphere.

With 98 rooms (20 thereof at the Land Hotel Halden), 16 variable conference rooms of 36 to 216 m² and the high rope course in the park here you will find the optimum conditions for carrying out your seminars and conferences. In 2 restaurants, the comfortable vault cellar, our exclusive wine cellar as well as the large terrace with 250 seats, you will be pampered with culinary specialities by our service employees and the kitchen team.

In addition, we organise sport or cultural supporting programmes for you and your employees or guests.

Rooms
Relax after an eventful day in one of our 78 comfortably furnished rooms. All our rooms , including 19 Queen size rooms and 2 generous suites are equipped with wide window fronts, oak parquet floors, flat screens with Internet access and allergy free materials. A large desk, a free Internet access for the own laptop and fold down book shelves round off the facilities offered to our seminar guests.
Our room service gives our guests the chance to relax and be spoilt with culinary delights after a strenuous day in the privacy of their own room.

Conferences
Sixteen variable event rooms of 36 to 216 m² are available to you in the ARCADEON for your conferences and seminars. On account of the exceptional architecture of our house, all rooms receive a lot of daylight and can be darkened when required electrically. With variable seats, parquet floor, internet access and modern conference technology we always offer you the right location for carrying out your event, whether for a company presentation with large exhibition space in our numerous entrance halls, a congress with 230 persons or a small meeting with 4 persons. Three additional group workrooms in the gate house round off this offer. As a special service we provide you with the assistance of interpreters, translators and secretaries.

Restaurant
You will be surprised by the large number and individuality of our restaurants. Begin the day with the breakfast buffet in the restaurant of the ARCADEON, at noon take a snack in the separately situated Galerie restaurant and reserve a table in the evening in our comfortable vault cellar. Here the evening can end at the bar with a good glass of wine.

Groups can book the exclusive wine cellar in the ARCADEON Landhotel Halden with a menu or if you prefer a select buffet can be served in the restaurant of the Landhotel Halden.
