Quiet meetings in the Waldviertel! For over 100 years, the guesthouse has been located above Zwettl in a large and sunny forest clearing. Initially managed as an alpine hut and later as an excursion inn, the expanded hotel has now been specializing in seminars and conferences for over 20 years.

The manageable size with 48 rooms, the absolute tranquility, natural surroundings and the Waldviertel hospitality form the perfect setting for your event. Our new alpine hut with a Swedish stove and its own pond is unique.

You can spend your conference breaks on our the slackline course. After a successful, exhausting day, relax in our AlmSPA with 4 saunas, indoor pool and natural biotope, and then indulge yourself with Waldviertel delicacies in the restaurant.
