Our standard conference package includes

• Meeting room
• Basic technical equipment: 1 screen, 1 flipchart, 1 pin board, 1 moderator's case
  and 1 projector table (without projector)
• 2-course lunch menu incl. mineral water
• Soft drinks and fully automatic coffee machine in front of the conference room

half-day up to a maximum of 5 hours € 58.00 per person
full day € 68.00 per person


Additional equipment:

• Writing pad & pen per participant € 3.50
• Additional flipchart € 15.00 per item/day
• Additional pin board € 15.00 per item/day
• Projector € 50.00 per item/day

The minimum consumption per conference room and day is € 400.00, if this amount is not reached
If this amount is not reached, we will replace the difference with a service fee. The conference flat
rate itself is already taken into account.
